Where a NYC rental listing posts a floorplan, Stratum runs a computer-vision model over it and returns a measured area, a room-by-room breakdown, and window counts. That is thousands of live listings at any given time. Filter them on real $/sqft, then export the comp set to Excel.
The demo is a sample snapshot and needs no signup. A subscription adds the daily live feed and Excel export.
