Our Commitment

Marble Hill Analytics LLC is committed to making Stratum accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the recognized standard for digital accessibility.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our site periodically and address issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.

What We've Done

• Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
• "Skip to content" links so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation
• Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout
• Labeled form fields with clear, descriptive text
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow on small screens
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animated elements

Known Limitations

We want to be straightforward about where the experience falls short:

• The interactive map. Stratum's map is a visual, spatial interface. Despite our efforts, it is difficult to convey a filterable geographic map fully through a screen reader, and some map interactions may not be operable by keyboard alone.
• Floorplan images. Floorplans are supplied by third-party listing sources and do not include descriptive alternative text. The measured data we derive from each floorplan — square footage, room breakdown, window metrics — is available as text alongside every listing.
• Third-party content. We link to external listing pages we do not control and cannot guarantee their accessibility.

Alternative Ways to Access Our Data

If any part of the Service is not accessible to you, these alternatives provide the same information:

• Excel export. Every listing and metric available on the map can be exported to a structured spreadsheet, which works well with screen readers and assistive technology.
• Direct assistance. Contact us and we will run searches, build comparable sets, and deliver results in the format that works best for you — at no additional cost.

Feedback & Assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternate format, please tell us. Include the page address and a description of the problem, and we will respond promptly — typically within 3 business days — and work with you to provide the information you need.

Your feedback is genuinely useful — reports from users are one of the main ways we find and fix problems.
