1. Who We Are

Stratum is a listing-intelligence product operated by Marble Hill Analytics LLC ("Stratum," "we," "us"), a New York limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through stratumnyc.com and the Stratum map application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit our access-request form, we collect the information you enter: first and last name, work email address, brokerage or team name, your role (solo agent, team lead, brokerage owner, etc.), and any optional notes you provide about the neighborhoods you work in.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, standard web analytics collect:

• Pages viewed, time on page, and the links or buttons you click
• Referring website and campaign parameters (UTM tags) that tell us how you found us
• Approximate location (city/region level), derived from IP address
• Device type, browser, operating system, and screen size

Information from our email outreach

If we contact you by email, our email platform records delivery, replies, and — where enabled — whether links were clicked. You can opt out at any time (Section 6).

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to your access request and communicate with you about Stratum
• To provide, operate, and improve the product
• To understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve them
• To measure which marketing channels bring people to the site
• To send you product and marketing communications you can opt out of
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with law

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics — to count visits, understand navigation, and attribute traffic to marketing campaigns. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for third-party ad networks.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

6. Email Communications & Opt-Out

We send business-to-business email to real estate professionals about Stratum, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every message includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address.

To stop receiving email, click the unsubscribe link in any message or reply asking to be removed. We honor opt-outs promptly and permanently, and we never sell or transfer opt-out lists.

7. Data Retention

We keep access-request submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request and to maintain our business records, and then for a reasonable archival period. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis according to our analytics provider's settings. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, because we are required to continue honoring them.

You may ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 8).

8. Your Rights & Choices

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Stop marketing communications

Email us at the address in Section 12 and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

9. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act. These include limiting access to authorized personnel, requiring multi-factor authentication on our business accounts, and serving the site exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site links to third-party websites, including original property listings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by posting a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
